Construction is under way on the area around the new Smíchov City quarter. The quarter will be intersected by a pedestrian boulevard which will enrich the location with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés and places to meet.
Also nearby is the Smíchov quay, a site for regular open-air markets and social events. There are also restaurants such as Wine Food, Czech-Asian fusion restaurant Taro, vegan restaurant Pastva, the Potrefená husa restaurant and more.
The neighbourhood has a nearby post office, the authority of the Prague 5 municipal district, Kartouzská polyclinic, Anděl Laser Centre, supermarkets, hotels, cinema, yoga centre, Erpet Centre (golf, swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, etc.)
Easy commuting via public transport: metro line B (Anděl or Smíchov station), trams, buses and trains.
